Ok, let’s get rocking and rolling, it’s a new week, what is on your agenda?

I ask for a very specific reason, simply because if you are not planning out your actions, you may not be as efficient as you’d like or would hope to be and then at the end of the week you end up upset and frustrated, often feeling like you didn’t get anything done at all.

Why do I say that? Because it’s one of my personal weakpoints. In my case I do plan and schedule, however I have the extremely bad habit of not being realistic.

If you saw my agenda last week, you would have pulled your hair out screaming. I tried to shove into one week what a good friend told me would take at least 1 month to do, especially with everything else that’s going on.

So remember, don’t overload your plate and stay realistic when preparing your agenda and tasks for the week, I know I will be working on that this week and trying to make sure I don’t get so hard on myself if I overload my plate - hey, we are human after all, right?
