Our neck of the woods has been hit non-stop lately with massive rain, near flood levels in our area, although we’ve been more fortunate than some places. Let’s face it, trying to scratch together a few bucks online can be very confusing and often frustrating, but it really doesn’t have to be, you and I have discussed that a few times now.

Of course, you already know, one of the key things is to stay focused and work on one project release at a time.

I can’t tell you how many times I haven’t done that myself, getting distracted by cool new tools, some hairbrained idea, you name it, I’ve tried it and ultimately I was a moron, yes, a total fool, because it’s really not that tough to do if you stay focused.

The past few weeks I have been working hard on a couple of different projects and the way I stay on track right now is to allocate specific timeslots to the two projects I am working on, and I don’t let them overlap anymore. For example, if you are working on a short term project and a long term plan, you could easily say that in the morning you’ll dedicate maybe 2 hours to that project and 2 hours in the afternoon on the long term venture (of course that assumes you are not stuck in a J.O.B., but you can also use this in the evening or on the weekends, so it can still help you).

If you stay on track by splitting your projects apart like that you will move along faster and to be very honest, the lower the number of projects you are dealing with, the better. I would even recommend working only on 1 short term and 1 long term plan at a time, because you still need to use some time for growing your list, increasing traffic and also answering your emails right?

Now here’s a little tip that can absolutely save you a TON of grief when working on your short term projects and can have you putting out new products every couple of days or even faster (depending on how much time you have available to work on it).

Use Resell Rights Products. I don’t care if it’s a Master Resell Right or a regular Resell Rights product, the advantage they have is that 90% of the work is already done for you and you can quickly have the site up and running within just a very short time. If you are looking at a product that has PLR (Private Label Rights) I would recommend adding that to your long term projects list, because to make the most of it, you’ll definitely want to personalize it and make it your own.

The hard part sometimes is finding a good product or a collection of resources that you can use for your short term projects and other times you get lucky enough to stumble across the launch of a new 100% commission sale or a dime sale, like the one at http://www.xaviernelson.com/access/to/3pack that I told you about.
